At what age can I place an order?
The minimum age for our products is 18 years.
How can I pay at Snusland?
You can pay with TWINT, credit card or cryptocurrencies.
Are there shipping costs?
Shipping is free from a minimum order value of CHF 15.00. For orders below the minimum order value we charge CHF 5.00 shipping.
How long does the delivery take?
All orders received by 18:00 at the latest will be shipped the same day via A-Post. As a rule, the delivery is then delivered on the next working day.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
As soon as we have received your order and it has been shipped, we will send you an email. You can also view the current status of your order in your customer account.
Do I receive a shipment number?
If you order 10 or more cans, we will automatically send you the tracking number by email.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation is possible only if the order has not yet been packed.
What can I do if I received wrong or damaged products?
If you received wrong products from us, you can contact us within three days and we will replace them free of charge. Please send the wrong products back to us with the enclosed packing material (already prepaid).
In case of damaged products, please send us a photo of the packaging and the damaged product. After that, we will replace these products for free.
Can I return the order?
Since snus has an expiration date and must be stored specifically, it is unfortunately not possible to return the order.
